| | | ...and I don't suppose that getting up earlier helps much in MD. I've been biking at 7am for 45 mins here. Even with 97 degree days it's a lovely 70 degrees on the parkway. Love it. |

| | | Idea: Run on your treadmill downstairs, buy three fans, turn them on and point them directly at your running self, turn on your TV and watch CNN (or something interesting) whilst you gasp and sweat. It works real good. |
